Sorry for the trouble with the license key. Each IceHrmPro installation should have a license key. You need to copy it from the installation files. In the installation icehrm folder you can find it under icehrm/app folder.
- Download IceHrmPro release file
- Backup IceHrm Installation folder and database.
- Delete all folders inside existing IceHrm installation path except “app” folder
- Extract latest IceHrmPro release (zip) file and copy all folders inside new IceHrmPro installation into existing IceHrm installation path except “app” folder
- Copy icehrm/app/icehrm.key in the installation files to the same path on your current installation.
Can you please let us know the current open-source version you were using, before the upgrade?
